The ambiente trade fair will be held in Frankfurt again this year after a two-year break and ritterwerk is back with a new suspended food slicer. The sono2 is of course- like all ritterwerk products - "made in Germany" and will be available in silver as well as in black. The renowned food slicer E 16 will also be available in silver and black in the future.
The new sono2 food slicer will be presented to the public at ambiente 2023 in Frankfurt. The suspended metal construction give the new appliance an exclusive look. The bottom panel is made of high-quality, shatterproof glass and is convenient and easy to clean.
With the sono2, the slice thickness can be adjusted continuously from wafer-thin to approx. 20 mm to achieve the desired results. The carriage can be removed for oversized food, such as large loafs of bread. The appliance is powered by a 65 watt Eco motor, which is 20 % more economical and yet 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to protecting the environment.
The sono2 food slicer will not only be available in classic ritter silver, but also in black. Likewise, the colour palette of the food slicer E 16 will be supplemented and will be available in ritter silver and black.
