TOKYO planned their Comeback by connecting with the Label Yesterrrock. The three Studio Albums from TOKYO appeared on this Label, with immediate success : the first Editions were completely sold-out after only the first few months , the Concert Organizers wanted to start with Live Concerts, and TOKYO attracted an enthusiastic Fanbase !! TOKYO made the decision to Rock the Stage again. The Concert Organizers in Austria planned an exclusive Live Concert in Spielberg with TOKYO as the Headliner. This original TOKYO Band was ready and excited to play, but Fritz Matzka , the original Drummer had unfortunately died some years earlier. TOKYO found in Aaron Thier , the Reknown Austrian Drummer a respectful replacement.
TOKYO rehearsed in Graz, and after only a few days they were ready for the LIVE Comeback! The result is evident on the Album “One World”. In May 2013, TOKYO performed Live at the Spielberg in Austria to a Sold-out Venue. The crowds were completely overtaken by the powerful sound of TOKYO! The Album “ TOKYO live @ Spielberg” captures this Event, and features the extraordinary voice of Klaus Luley, who unfortunately is unable to return to the Stage. The Live Concerts continue and TOKYO rocks many Festival Stages in Lineups with ZZ Top, Roger Chapmann, Status Quo, Chicago, Johnny Winter, John Fogerty (Wishbone Ash).
