German exhibitors are represented in the four fair sections of confectionery, dairy products, meat and sausage products and at the German exhibition stand. They stand for the internationally renowned quality label "Made in Germany" and the German food industry's ambition to assure the highest levels of safety, quality and enjoy-ment in the foodstuffs it offers.
Christian Schmidt, Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture, will also visit the German pavilion and exchange views with the German exhibitors on the chances and opportunities provided by SIAL to tap into new markets and consolidate market shares.
