In the course of broadening advice to Japanese clients, Asako Kowalsky (36), corporate law specialist, was successfully recruited for reinforcing the team. With Asako Kowalsky, an experienced specialist in the areas of corporate law advice and M&A transactions changed to BEITEN BURKHARDT's Duesseldorf office on May 1, 2008.
Asako Kowalsky has most recently been employed with the Duesseldorf office of the law firm Mütze Korsch and focussed on advising Japanese clients on corporate law. Before that, she was a lawyer in the tax and legal department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
