In a meeting on February 1, 2012, the supervisory board of Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, Mann-heim, voted in favor of appointing Dr. Lutz Guderjahn (46) to Südzucker's executive board effective July 17, 2012, after adjournment of the annual general meeting of CropEnergies AG, Mannheim. Guderjahn is to succeed Prof. Dr. Markwart Kunz (63), who holds the engineering, as well as research and develop-ment portfolios. Kunz will retire at the end of Südzucker's annual general meeting on August 1, 2013.
