As part of its divestment strategy announced in 2015, the globally active retail and services group is to sell its subsidiary Alba Moda GmbH to K-Mail Order GmbH & Co KG. The relevant anti-trust authorities have already approved the deal.
The Bad Salzuflen-based multichannel provider Alba Moda has its own independent and sustainable brand concept, but has posted losses for years. Amongst other factors this is due to a lack of synergies with the Otto Group’s core businesses.
