In the recent past, BMW has regularly polarized with the design of its vehicles - the newest highlight was undoubtedly the XM presented last winter in the form of a concept car. In retrospect, the styling of the BMW 6 Series of the second model generation E63 is almost harmless. This, together with the 7 Series unveiled two years earlier, both created under the leadership of the then chief designer Chris Bangle, caused no less heated discussions at the time. Nowadays, the 6 Series, which is available as a coupe and convertible, has a few fans, not least in the tuning scene. For example, this example of the M6 series top model was given a clear individualisation by the Swabian specialists from JMS Fahrzeugteile.
The M6 rolls on high-quality rims from Schmidt. These are the three-piece CC Line wheels in 9.5x21 and 10.5x21 inches. The mounted tires have the dimensions 255/30ZR21 and 295/25ZR21. While the beds are polished, the multi-spoke stars have a black finish. So they fit perfectly with the same paintwork of the M6, which also includes the radiator grille kidneys. The built-in KW Variant 3 coilover kit ensures perfect alignment under the fenders. It lowers the body by 45 millimeters at the front and 35 millimeters at the rear.
Speaking of the body: Although this already has a sporty and dynamic appearance in the standard version, it was given an even more striking look by means of a front spoiler lip and a rear spoiler. Both parts come from the range of the BMW specialists at Hamann Motorsport. A Hamann/Supersprint exhaust system ensures an even richer and more sensational sound. Otherwise, the unforgettable, famous five-liter V10 unit with its 507 hp and 520 Nm has remained unchanged.
