GWG Gesellschaft für Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau Baden-Württemberg AG (GWG Group) has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) with the integrated facility management for the "Quartier der Generationen" (Neighbourhood of generations) in Hamburg's HafenCity/Baakenhafen. The implementation has already started on 1 April 2021. The service contract has been concluded for five years until mid-2026. Completion of the area is scheduled for the second half of 2021.
