25 years of Leche Celta: cooperation with SIG Combibloc right from the start
Spanish dairy company celebrates its anniversary - 'Leche Celta helps you grow'
'Leche Celta te ayuda a crecer' ('Leche Celta helps you grow') is Leche Celta's anniversary slogan. And the partnership between Leche Celta and SIG Combibloc has grown and flourished as well. Leche Celta was founded in 1989, and within just a few years the company had moved into a strong position in Spain's dairy sector. Today the 'Celta' brand is the number 4 in the Spanish dairy market. And Leche Celta is also very successful as a manufacturer and filler of private label products which are sold all over the Iberian Peninsula.

The Lactogal Group, of which Leche Celta is now a part, processes around 1,500 million litres of milk annually, making it the leader on the Iberian Peninsula.
SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food. In 2013 the company achieved a turnover of 1,680 million Euro with around 5,100 employees in 40 countries. SIG Combibloc is part of the New Zealand based Rank Group.
