Steilmann Holding AG, Bergkamen and Excalibur I Sarl (of which Equinox Two SCA, a Luxembourg investment company, holds the majority) announced on Thursday, 21 March 2013, that they intend to make a voluntary takeover offer for Adler Modemärkte AG, Haibach. This announcement follows a share purchase agreement with financial investor bluO International Affiliates Limited, the current majority shareholder of Adler Modemärkte AG, by which Steilmann and Equinox secured the acquisition of 49.96 per cent of the shares in Adler Modemärkte AG.
