As of April 1st, 2020, all new Dodge and RAM vehicles will be delivered to the AEC dealer network with the AEC Premium warranty coverage for 24 months, with the option to extend the duration to 36 or 48 months. AEC Premium covers all mechanical and electronic parts of the vehicle and foresees full reimbursement of labor and spare parts costs. This program was previously available at an extra charge and chosen by the vast majority of end customers over the formerly standard coverage, AEC Comfort, which was more limiting. The importer has decided to discontinue the offering of AEC Comfort program to ensure that in the future 100% of the Dodge & RAM drivers in Europe can benefit from the most customer-oriented service available through the AEC network.
