The state government of Rheinland-Pfalz, represented by the Landesbetrieb Liegenschafts- und Baubetreuung (LBB), has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) with technical facility services for the State Chancellery (Staatskanzlei) in Mainz.
A corresponding contract was signed after a Europe-wide call for tenders with effect from 1.5.2021 for an initial period of five years with an option to extend. Implementation already began on 1.3.2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract volume.
The agreed services include the maintenance, inspection and repair of all technical building systems and equipment as part of the operator's responsibility as well
