Stuart Hewer, currently Head of Acquisition Finance Germany, has been appointed Head of Acquisition Finance for SEB Group globally. He succeeds Simon Wakefield, who retires on 30 June after 20 years of responsibility for Acquisition Finance.
Stuart has been employed with SEB since 2011. He has extensive experience in banking having previously also worked at BHF Bank AG and The Royal Bank of Scotland amongst other banks. As Head of Acquisition Finance Stuart will report to Rolf Andersch, Head of Debt Financing & Financial Sponsor Coverage. He will continue to have his base in Germany and will locally report to
