- Setting the course for further robust growth

RLI Investors (RLI), the specialist investment and asset manager of logistics properties, is expanding its management team with the appointment of Wolfgang Holzberger (47), a qualified company lawyer. Holzberger had already been appointed as a Prokurist (authorised signatory) of RLI at the start of May 2017. In his new position as director, together with Katrin Poos he will be responsible for the continuing strategic expansion of the company. His new responsibilities include transaction management and providing support for investors. Katrin Poos covers the areas of asset management, acquisition and human resources.

"In the last few years, RLI Investors has established itself as a successful and acknowledged specialist in logistics property", comments Wolfgang Holzberger. "I am delighted to be able to use my expertise to contribute to the further advancement of the company". In Holzberger, the partner in the company Umut Ertan has appointed an experienced colleague from the RLI team as an additional director. Holzberger has been responsible for transaction management and heading property acquisition procedures since the specialist logistics property company was founded in 2015. He has successfully managed 17 transactions after the first open-end special AIF in logistics property, Logistics Fund - Germany I, was launched 16 months ago and has made a decisive contribution to the current success of the logistics property specialist. Holzberger has more than 20 years' experience in the real estate fund sector. Before joining RLI, he was the team leader of the legal department at Real I.S., Munich.

"By expanding the management team with the appointment of Wolfgang Holzberger we are adding extra clout to RLI and setting the company on a broader basis", said Katrin Poos, director of RLI. "I am looking forward to our collaboration, when we will concentrate on further expanding our logistics property portfolio, adding to the value of our existing holdings and the confidence of our investors."

RLI, the investment and asset manager of logistics properties, announced the first closing of its second open-end special logistics property AIF, RLI Logistics Fund - Germany II, in May this year. Following equity commitments in double-digit millions, it has already begun the phase of active investment. RLI currently has exclusivity on four logistics properties, with due diligence procedures well under way. Intensive purchase investigations are being carried out on further transactions. The logistics property portfolio to be managed has a total value of around 340 million Euro. RLI aims to increase its assets under management to a billion Euro over the next three years.
