The property developer PROJECT Immobilien Gewerbe AG has found a new tenant for its commercial project “GIRO” in Teltow. The International Workplace Group (IWG) has signed a rental agreement for around 2,000m² in the project still under construction in “Techno Terrain Teltow”.
It is expected that the space will be handed over to IWG in the third quarter of 2020 for the operation of a „HQ“ branded coworking centre. With the current signing of the contract, a good 25 percent of the office space in "GIRO" is now leased. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised IWG during the leasing process.
