Mr. Ruan Weixiang, Chairman of the Lonsheng Group and DyStar are pleased to announce that DyStar L.P. completed the acquisition of Anglostar LLC and its subsidiaries Anglostar Colombia S.A.S., Anglostar Ecuador S.A. and Anglostar Peru S.A.C. on 1 October 2012. Since 30 March 2010, Anglostar LLC was the exclusive distributor for DyStar products in the Andean region.
