Nominations for the 2014 Swiss Poster Award

(lifePR) (Genève, ) The nominees for the Swiss Poster Award 2014 have been announced. Over 290 campaigns were submitted, from which the jury has selected 37 works. The winners of Switzerland's most prestigious poster awards will be presented with their prizes at the "APG|SGA Poster Night" on 12 March 2015.

The expert jury of twenty well-known figures from the worlds of advertising, culture and design has made its decision and announced 37 nominations for the 2014 Swiss Poster Award. Over 290 entries were received for this year's awards, including the first-ever entry from Ticino.

The winners of the 2014 Swiss Poster Award will be honoured on 12 March 2015 at Komplex 457 in Zurich. The overall winner of "Poster of the Year" will also be announced at this celebratory awards ceremony. The show will be hosted by Swiss TV and radio presenter Monika Schärer and showcases the diversity, creativity and power of out-of-home advertising in Switzerland. Between April and July 2015, the winners of the 2014 Swiss Poster Awards (together with a selection of regional posters) will go on tour during the third national poster exhibition and be shown to a wide audience.

Both the 2014 Swiss Poster Award and the national poster exhibition in 2015 will create maximum recogni-tion for these outstanding and innovative forms of advertising in public spaces.
