iiQ-Check allows to create individual and hotel-specific surveys for effective customer feedback directly within this tool. All relevant guest data from the protel data base is transferred to the third-party provider via the newly developed iiQ interface. iiQ-Check sends out the online surveys and creates a transparent analysis of the findings based on the received answers. Three days after the guests' departure, they will automatically receive a personal letter via email including a link to the self-explanatory online survey: Of course, the emails take hotel designs and the guest's mother tongue into account. Optionally and especially for guests who prefer an anonymous participation, a survey can also be filled out directly on the hotel's website.

Particularly useful for the evaluation: In addition to a defined evaluation system, iiQ-Check always allows the option to add explanatory comments. It's the hotelier's decision which evaluation and marketing data is most important and how many times these are to be collected and sent to him. Of course, surveys and evaluations can also be printed.
A benchmarking function provides the hotel management a direct comparison of products and services to hotels of the same category. A particularly nifty feature is the so-called "iiQ-Check widget". This widget can easily be integrated into the hotel's website and demonstrates transparency and customer orientation by displaying an average hotel rating and the number of total received feedbacks. Hotels also profit from iiQ-Check's connection to Europe's top hotel price comparison site Trivago, as the number of iiQ-Check surveys directly influence the hotel's ranking on the Trivago website: And this may constitute a considerable advantage given a response rate of 10 - 40 per cent.
