Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said today that his country is ready to respond positively if US President Barack Obama's promises of foreign policy changes are genuine.
Mottaki told a session on Central Asia and the Caucasus at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2009 that the countries of the region are waiting to see how the changes are put
