FAULHABER receives Dräger „Production and Innovation Award“
At the first Supplier Collaboration Days, staged by Dräger Medical AG & Co. KG in Lübeck, the prize for production and innovation was awarded to Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG
FAULHABER received the award for successfully completing a development project in the medical engineering division of the Lübeck-based Dräger group. The "Production and Innovation Award" places particular emphasis on the outstanding achievements in the field of project management, the structuring of production processes, development, and the implementation of detailed, technical solutions.
The drive solution developed for Dräger is a complete, customer-specific system based on brushless DC servomotors for use in respiratory systems. The main demands on the system include its compact size, high rotation speeds and the biocompatibility of the entire drive system.
