During June, 18. - 21., C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. presented together with twelve german companies biomass technology on the 20. European Biomass Conference in Mailand.
The BARTEC BENKE GmbH offeres analytical systems to control and optimize biogas plants, the BIS E.M.S. GmbH, a subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services GmbH, offers engineering & maintenance services in the field of Natural gas, Bio-methane, the BRANDES GmbH, german market leader for leakage recognition systems for pipes, containers and rooms, ENERGIE INNOVATIV, the bavarian energy agency, the Eckrohrkessel GmbH, an engineering company offering licenses to manufacture Eckrohr-Boilers and services concerning industrial boilers and thermal energy techniques, the Holzenergie Wegscheid GmbH, producer of a wood gas site, Spanner RE2 GmbH, which offers wood chip and pellet- heaters, as well as wood-power-plants that use natural wood chips as fuel, Messtechnik EHEIM GmbH, producer of measurement instruments for exhaust gas analysis, IBBK Fachgruppe Biogas GmbH, the town of Straubing, the town of biomass, the Straubing center of science and the Clariant Südchemie AG is a specialty chemicals company headquartered in Munich, Germany, operating on a worldwide scale and offers a biorefinery to produce ethanol from straw and other biomass. They all presented their latest developments on the collective stand, organized and coached by C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V., the Bavarian coordinating organization for biomass.
The exhibitors were able to present their products and offers to more than 1500 attendees from 63 countries and they discussed their developments and the future of biomass. Albert Hartmair, Feedstock and Logistic Manager of the Clariant Südchemie AG assesed on the second day: "So many excellent contacts in the whole world, like here in Mailand in two days, I never had an any exhibition before".
