Introducing the Marsala Cask Limited Release. Our first ever release of this cask type, and a striking new look packaging reflecting the inimitable terroir of Raasay.
Expertly crafted from Raasay’s peated and unpeated spirit, and fully matured in ex Frazzitta Marsala Vergine barriques, before being bottled at a robust 50.7% ABV. This Marsala-matured single malt is laden with flavours of baked apples with apricots and lingering smoked toffee, representing a unique confluence of Sicilian wine heritage and modern Scottish whisky craftsmanship that results in a rare, highly collectible expression.

The Draam is our signature style single malt. Lightly peated and balanced with rich, dark fruit flavours coming from our unique six cask recipe created by our Master Distiller, Alasdair.
Peated and unpeated spirit matured separately in three different types of oak casks: ex American Rye, virgin Chinkapin oak and ex Bordeaux red wine – the only cask combination of its kind in Scotch whisky history! Always natural colour and non-chill filtered. 46.4% ABV.
Our handcrafted Scottish island gin combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including juniper, rhubarb root, sweet orange peel and our double distilled spirit. The result is dry, zesty and refreshingly smooth.
Serve with ice and thin strips of orange zest, expressing the oils into your glass and around the rim to highlight crisp citrus notes.

Please note that our distillery shop will close at 6pm, but purchases can still be made at the bar until 10pm.
Open Friday – Tuesday during our Summer opening hours. Our kitchen is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Lunch: 12:00 – 17:00
Evening meals: 18:00 – 20:30
Reservations for evening meals recommended.
