Die Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) hat die Finalisten für die RICS Awards 2008 vorgestellt. Die Auszeichnungen werden in den Kategorien "Building Conservation", "Regeneration", "Sustainability" und "Community Benefit" vergeben. Insgesamt sind 54 Projekte für eine Finalteilnahme ausgesucht worden. Die Gewinner werden im Rahmen einer Gala am 17. Oktober 2008 im Millennium Hotel im Londoner Stadtteil Mayfair bekannt gegeben.
Simon Pott, Vorsitzender der Jury kommentiert: "Wir verzeichnen in diesem Jahr einen exzellenten Teilnehmerkreis. Das Niveau der teilnehmenden Projekte zeigt die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit der Immobilienbranche, sich dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit in beeindruckender Weise anzunehmen."
