Nearly 50,000 customer statements regarding approximately 750 companies – and WEINSBERG once again emerged as the winner in the camper vans & caravans category: yesterday evening, WEINSBERG Product Manager Florian Hopp received the 2019 German Fairness Award at the Bertelsmann representative office in Berlin.
In addition, Knaus Tabbert GmbH vehicles and brands have been awarded many other prizes in recent weeks and months.
WEINSBERG received the coveted German Fairness Award for the third time in a row. The TV news channel n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality award the prize annually to companies whose customer service is rated as being particularly fair by consumers. The focus here is on fair value for money, transparency with regard to product information, contractual services and prices, reliability of products and services, as well as the handling of problems and complaints. The consumers surveyed were able to vote on companies representing 48 sectors affecting different areas of life. The industries included vehicles/transportation and leisure/tourism. The award winners are the companies that received the highest ratings in the industries surveyed.

The respected F.A.Z. Institut, together with the IMWF Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung (Institute for Management and Economic Research), examines the customer service quality of German companies – and selected Knaus Tabbert as one of the best: after evaluating 140 million online customer statements about 20,000 companies, Knaus Tabbert received the certificate “Germany’s best customer consultant”.
Both Knaus Tabbert GmbH and the TABBERT brand were awarded the German Test Seal in various areas by the magazines Focus and Focus Money: over 17 million statements made in digital media regarding various reputation factors (e.g. performance through sustainability, employer, product and economic performance) were evaluated for more than 5,000 brands representing 151 industries. What is more: Knaus Tabbert is one of the best-rated companies. That is why we have earned the “Highest Reputation” seal. Over 100 million posts in online and social media channels were examined and evaluated for the quality of the statements – the result: Knaus Tabbert as a company, and TABBERT as a premium brand for caravans, are among “Germany’s best”.
Moreover, international awards for the products of Knaus Tabbert GmbH were also received: the subscribers to the well-known Italian online camping magazine CamperOnLine voted the KNAUS BOXSTAR Camper dell'Anno 2019 (CUV of the Year 2019) in the category “€43,000 to €48,000”. The KNAUS L!VE I 700 MEG was also named Motorhome of the Year in the integrated class up to €75,000 and the KNAUS SPORT SILVER SELECTION 420 QD was named Caravan of the Year in Belgium in the “Caravans up to €20,000” category. The selection took place at the Mobicar trade fair in Brussels. At the Motorhome & Caravan Show in Birmingham, Great Britain, KNAUS also received many awards: at the Caravan Design Awards, second- and third-place finishes were achieved in various categories for the SPORT&FUN BLACK SELECTION, the SÜDWIND and the STARCLASS. In the £29,000 to £34,000 range of caravans, STARCLASS 565 earned a first-place finish. In addition, STARCLASS 695 even won three first-place awards: in the categories “caravans over £34,000”, “caravans over 8-ft wide” and “caravans with dedicated beds”. The T@B earned a second-place finish at the Lightweight Leisure Trailer Awards in the category “Caravans up to 750 kg without washroom”.
