The Continental Corporation is again sharing its success with its employees worldwide. For the 2014 fiscal year, the company is distributing a record amount of over €130 million to entitled employees worldwide. The amount has increased continuously over a number of years. The terms differ from one country to the next and the program takes into account both legal regulations and local purchasing power. Based on this, the country-specific amounts per employee are €503 and €1,006 respectively. For fiscal 2013, they were €475 and €950.

"In 2014, employees including trainees and work-study students in Germany will again receive a value sharing bonus as laid out in a corporate-wide agreement. This year we have exceeded the targeted level of €1,000. Continental pays the value sharing bonus to employees worldwide. We are thus assuming a pioneering role in our sector in this regard, and we can be quite proud of this fact," said Frank Michael Hell, chairman of the corporation's works council.
