(lifepr) (Neckartenzlingen, 19.11.2021) Powerful top models of hatchback compact cars, known in English as the Hot Hatches, have actually enjoyed great popularity for many decades. No wonder, after all, they promise plenty of driving fun at a more or less affordable price. As is well known, the foundation stone for this successful vehicle class was laid by the Golf GTI in the mid-1970s. In contrast, Mercedes stepped on the gas very late in this class: the first generation of the A 45 AMG was not launched until 2013. A copy of the successor, now known as the AMG A 45, in the more powerful S variant has now been extensively refined by JMS Fahrzeugzeile in cooperation with SchwabenFolia.

Project 3.0 alloy wheels from the Ultralight Series from Barracuda Racing Wheels sit on the axles of the 421 hp AMG athlete. JMS has taken over EU sales for the wheels of this brand.  Thanks to production using the flow forming process, the Y-spoke wheels with milled spoke contours are particularly lightweight. On the AMG, they meassure 8.5x19 inches with 245/35R19 tires and black milled finish. JMS Fahrzeugteile achieved the appropriate lowering by 40 millimeters at the front and 35 millimeters at the rear using a KW Variant 3 coilover kit. As a further absolute highlight, the A 45 S received a sensational full digital print wrapping by Schwabenfolia with an asymmetrical design in white, black and yellow-green. The styling was done by Stuii Design.
