Numerous Prizes

Awards received from "Reisemobil International", "Camping, Cars & Caravans", "Auto Bild Reisemobil", DCHV and DCC

Düsseldorf/Jandelsbrunn, (lifePR) - The customer has spoken: the readers of the trade journals “Reisemobil International” and “Camping, Cars & Caravans” selected the brands of Knaus Tabbert GmbH as the winner of the 2017 “Customer is King Award”.

The TABBERT caravans are positioned far ahead in the readers’ graces: with three special awards received for the most exclusive as well as the most innovative vehicles and for the highest safety standards, the brand was able to significantly improve over its prior year results.

In addition, TABBERT scored high marks in the categories “overall winner”, “customer retention”, “living comfort”, “quality”, “workshop” as well as “design”, achieving a second-place finish in all of these categories.

KNAUS also had good reason to be excited: KNAUS was also the winner in the motorhome segment, receiving the special award for the most innovative vehicles.

Beyond this, KNAUS motorhomes attained a very respectable second-place finish in the segments “quality” and “service” and finished in third place in the “overall winner volume manufacturers” category.

Furthermore, WEINSBERG motorhomes were awarded second place in the category “price/performance” and third place in the “customer retention” category.

The award ceremony was held on Sunday, 27 August at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf.

The readers of the trade journal “Auto Bild Reisemobil” see it the same way. In the nomination of the “Golden Motorhome”, KNAUS vehicles are leading the way: the “Golden Motorhome 2017” award goes to SKY TRAVELLER, which attained first place in the “alcove” category.

In the category “camper”, the CUV (Caravanning Utility Vehicle) KNAUS SAINT&SINNER was awarded a very noteworthy second place.

“The Golden Motorhome” was awarded on Monday, 28 August at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf.

More over, the Knaus Tabbert GmbH respectively KNAUS received two more awards in Düsseldorf: The German Caravanning Trading Organisation (Deutscher Caravaning Handels-Verband, DCHV) awarded the LUPO to the company to value its business culture, which is marked by honest communication, mutual respect and helpfulness. And not only the company itself – also the trade partners are part of this corporate philosophy.

Also the German Camping Club (Deutscher Camping-Club, DCC) acknowledged KNAUS with an award: The brand was honoured for 60 years’ membership of the DCC.

Said Gerd Adamietzki, Managing Director and CSO: “The entire KNAUS TABBERT team is thrilled. The awards demonstrate that our work is making an impact.” In addition, Managing Director and CEO Wolfgang Speck added: “We are both honoured and motivated. Thank you very much.”
