Live Stream and Video Conferencing: Berlin Event Location Axica Launches "Live Central Studio"

(lifePR) ( Berlin, )
For weeks, companies and other institutions have been faced with the challenge of postponing or even canceling their planned events. Particularly precarious: no one can tell, when meetings will be possible, and events can be scheduled again. The Berlin event location AXICA has therefore launched the "Live Central Studio" in cooperation with the technology provider AMBION - a live stream and video conferencing tool that enables professional digital events for 10 to a maximum of 20,000 users.

The spacious studio, which is equipped with direct daylight, is located at the AXICA, directly at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. It has a studio stage with an LED back wall, basic equipment of designer and stage furniture, professional media technology as well as lighting, sound and image control. Particularly interesting for event planners: Thanks to the latest technology, it is possible to connect guest speakers or experts via HD video and also carry out surveys and Q&A sessions. On request, the studio can also be individually redesigned so that the corporate identity of a company is visible to all participants.

The live video streaming tool is device-independent and can therefore be used on all end devices, there is no traffic limitation. Downloads or plugins are not necessary - participants will receive a link and password in advance and can easily dial in using their smartphone, tablet or PC. And all of it is live and therefore much more approachable and human than many recorded videos.

The Live Central Studio can be booked with a lead time of only 48 hours via the AXICA consulting team, which can be reached by phone at +49 30 200086-0 or via email at

AXICA itself is also making use of the new technology: The popular "Ideenfrühstück" - a B2B network format in cooperation with AXICA, AMBION, Bernhard Wolff and GABAL Verlag - is now being carried out in the Live Central Studio and thus offers a perfect case study for event planners.

The first event was launched on April 22, 2020. A total of 400 participants were in the live stream and took part in a talk on the topic "Does the crisis make you creative?" Moderator Bernhard Wolff invited expert Gerriet Danz and other guests to the live stream via video and spoke to André Steuer (chef at AXICA) and Sanjey Shihora (comedian) live in the studio. The participants interactively voted on some topics and asked questions. The video recording can be found on

The next Ideenfrühstück ONLINE event will take place on May 6, 2020 at 9 a.m. Participation is free of charge. Registration takes place via
