Enhanced services for CeBIT visitors
(lifePR) (Hannover, )
.
- Room reservations in 17 languages
- Late-night shopping in downtown Hannover
The final countdown for CeBIT 2010 has started - including for hotel reservations in the greater Hannover area. This year visitors and exhibitors at CeBIT 2010 can take advantage of an even more comprehensive reservation service offered by Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH (HMTG). Deutsche Messe and HMTG have teamed up since October 2009 to develop a standardized system for room reservations.
"Being able to offer a first-class service for our many thousands of guests from Germany and abroad is of vital importance to us," declared Ernst Raue, Managing Board Member at Deutsche Messe, adding: "This service represents one of Hannover's great strengths: friendly, efficient - a one-stop-shop for your entire tradeshow visit."
The new service includes not just an international hotel reservation system, which can be called up online in 17 different languages, but also a reservation system for private accommodations. And business customers can also take advantage of an experienced, multilingual team at service counters located at Hannover Airport, the exhibition grounds as well as at the Tourist Information office at Ernst-August-Platz in downtown Hannover.
"Following the successful launch for the DOMOTEX exhibition, the cooperation between Deutsche Messe and HMTG continues to go splendidly for CeBIT. We have registered a big response for our services, and are already handling a large number of hotel and bed & breakfast reservations for upcoming shows like HANNOVER MESSE and IAA," explained Hans Christian Nolte, Managing Director at HMTG.
A special service for tradeshow guests involves the new late-night shopping hours during CeBIT 2010. Numerous stores in downtown Hannover, including in the Ernst-August-Galerie shopping mall next to the central railway station will stay open until 11 p.m. on 5 March for the shopping convenience of visitors and exhibitors.
And for anyone who would like to cap off a hectic week at the show with a relaxing weekend in Hannover, HMTG has put together some attractive CeBIT "fun packages". In addition to an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel and a CeBIT admission ticket, tradeshow guests can choose between dinner at the GOP Varieté Theater, an opera production of Verdi's "Macbeth" or a wellness package at the Aspria Club located on Maschsee Lake.
