Apply now for the 2013 André Schroeder Research Prize

The ITI is accepting submissions for this prize with its cash award of CHF 20,000 until October 15, 2012

(lifePR) (Basel, ) All researchers who have demonstrated new findings in implant dentistry can now apply for the 2013 André Schroeder Research Prize, an annual award presented by the International Team for Implantology (ITI). The deadline for manuscript submission is October 15, 2012.


The award winner will receive CHF 20,000 in cash and will be invited to the ITI Congress North America in Chicago (April 4-6, 2013), at which the 2013 André Schroeder Research Prize will be presented.

The André Schroeder Research Prize is one of the most highly sought-after awards in implant dentistry. For 20 years, it has been awarded to independent researchers in order to promote new scientific findings in dental research. The award is presented in honor of Professor Dr. André Schroeder (1918-2004), the founding ITI President, whose lifework contributed significantly to modern dentistry. The winners are selected by the ITI Research Committee which is made up of internationally renowned specialists in implant dentistry from all around the world.
